COVID-19 Notices

Due to COVID-19 and concerns about overcrowding, lax social distancing  and in the interest of public safety, our town parks are currently closed to the general public for any  group activities that don’t have a reservation.  Access is granted for recreation classes and existing shelter and camping reservations only.  All shelters are currently operating with a limited capacity maximum of 25 people.  Masks are required in all park bathrooms and whenever you are within 6’ of people not in your party.  If you would like to make a shelter reservation please click on the “Reserve a Shelter/Pavilion” button to check availability.

After you have created a member profile for you and your family, proceed to the Programs tab to complete the registration process.

Making a Shelter (Pavilion Reservation)

The Town of Lyons is  excited to announce our new on-line registration website for facilities such as shelter and pavilion reservations.  We hope that this feature, will allow users to conveniently reserve a shelter online, without having to come to town hall. 

This is new for 2020, so any issues or questions, please contact us at the number below as we work to make registration an easier process.
  • You will have the ability to reserve and pay online with a credit card.
  • NOTE: Credit cards have a 2.5% convenience fee with a $2.00 minimum.
  • By creating an account, the reservation process will become easier in the future.
  • All SHELTER RENTALS will require you to create an account before you may add the reservation to your cart.
  • This website will have the most up to date availability information.

     First time users: 
 
Check if the shelter that you are interested in reserving is available. Go to Facilities and then scroll down to the shelter you are interested in reserving. Each shelter has a description for capacity and location. 

Next click the GREEN RESERVE button. The calendar will populate. 

If there is a GREEN RESERVE button on the date you are looking for, then click the button to reserve the shelter/pavilion.
If the button is not there, then that date is NOT AVAILABLE.  You'll need to choose another date. 

Once you have the available date and time selected, add it to your shopping cart and then create an Account. 
 
 Step 1. Create Account and complete all questions.

All SHELTER RENTALS will require you to create an account before you may add the reservation to your cart.
 

Step 2. Login. After you have created your account, login and go to the facilities tab to reserve the shelter you are interested in. You will need to pay with a credit card in order to reserve the shelter.
 
Important Notes: 
  • You will have the ability to reserve and pay online with a credit card.
  • NOTE: Credit cards have a 2.5% convenience fee with a $2.00 minimum.
  • On weekends, during the Peak Season (May 1 - Sept 30),  you may only book a shelter for a full day on the weekends.
  • When entering your credit card number for shelter payment, do not add any spaces. 
  • This website will have the most up to date availability information.
